How It Works

There are three primary principles that make Cinema Solutions an affordable and effective purchasing management solution: a collaborative platform, a flexible workflow, and a distributed fee structure.  Read on to learn more about how the Cinema Solutions service works for all members.

A Common Platform

The Cinema Solutions service works through a common platform that is accessible to both buyers and suppliers.  It is a completely web-based software system that is entirely hosted and managed by Cinema Solutions.  Each party needs only a computer and an internet connection to access the system.  All stored data is kept proprietary between buyers and their supplier. Additionally, the system also has advanced integration capabilities (EDI/XML) and is accessible 24/7.

A Best Practices Workflow

The Cinema Solutions Workflow is a derived process that provides structure to your purchasing.  The process, as shown in the diagram below, is derived from a combination of preferred industry principles and Best Practices in eProcurement.  The Workflow can be customized to fit your needs based on Accounting and Operational policies.

Pricing

Cinema Solutions leverages cost across all parties involved in a transaction.  This allows for a balanced cost that creates an affordable eProcurement solution for everyone.  All parties begin by paying a one time Sign-up Fee.  The Buyer then pays a monthly subscription fee per shipping address.  The Supplier pays a per order transaction percentage fee which is billed monthly.

Subscription Fees and Transaction Fees are based on volume.  Contact a Sales Representative for a fee assessment.
